When will I receive my order?

You will get an email with tracking info as soon as your order ships. We do our very best to get all orders out as quickly as possible. Processing time varies depending on your order, but is typically 3-5 business days.

I don't see exactly what I want - can you make me something?

Absolutely! Just visit our CUSTOM ORDERS page and tell us what you're looking for! We love custom orders and we'll do our best to make you something fabulous and one of a kind!

What is your return/exchange policy?

Return or exchange any unused or defective merchandise within 30 days of the order delivery date. You will be issued a full refund to the original form of payment. Made to order and custom items cannot be exchanged or returned.

Can I change my order?

We start working on your order as soon as we get it, so we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been placed and confirmed. However, there is a short window of time in which you can cancel your order. Please email kate@xoxokstyles.com as soon as possible.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we will ship all over the globe!
